The Solon Community School District is in search of candidates to fill School Associate roles. We are in need of candidates for Middle School, High School, Intermediate School, and Lakeview Elementary.

We are looking to fill multiple positions with individuals who are passionate about students and providing service to others in the school and classroom setting. This position supports students at all levels with disabilities as well as provide other support in the school and classroom settings.

Candidates should possess a High School Diploma and be willing and able to work in a variety of environments in and outside of the school environment.

Training and other professional development will be provided prior to and during the school year.
 

Rate of Pay:  $16.18/hr Starting
$520 per month Insurance Benefit

$40,000 Life Insurance Benefit
180 Day Work Calendar

**Additional opportunities are available for driving Van Routes and/or Bus Routes (training supported by the district) for additional wage increases per hour.**
